The hotel offers good-sized rooms with very comfy beds, complete with little notes and complimentary chocolates and wine. However, in the morning, the overcrowding made it difficult to move around, and the very low bathroom setup might not suit everyone's preferences.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with an amazing view, and the bathroom facilities were clean and modern. The service was so polite and helpful, especially Aleksandra at the reception and Galin the bellboy. The location was vibrant and full of interesting restaurants and stores. The dining experience was very good, with a large relaxed dining area and a variety of breakfast options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The Club Lounge access is a great perk with complimentary drinks and canapés in the evenings; however, the rooms are a little dark due to small windows and limited lighting.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was superb, full of high-tech gadgets, and I stayed in a junior suite. Although the size was a bit small and the service didn't quite reach 5-star level, everything was super with all modern conveniences. I even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. However, the replacement room I got was of a lesser specification than my original and not a junior suite.
